This strain was uncovered during the 1970's, and was launched into everlasting glory by Jimi Hendrix, with the eponymous song. The strain of those days, however, stands far from the hybrid that Positronics produces now. The original Purple Haze had an average psycho-activity and a minimal yield, the 'haze' was still to pure to fully flourish and develop her full potention. All in all, it was the most smoked weed on the Woodstock festival. Positronics has since cherished this strain, to re-launch it 40 years later, with the purpose to revive the enchanting spirit of Woodstock.

Physical description:

An energetic plant producing thick branches with purple shades in the leafs. Large internodal distances, same growth pattern as Claustrum. The branches are divided like on a pine tree, to optimalise the growth of the long buds. Average amount of leafs of big dimensions with fine fingers, indicating the sativa descent. The buds wil change in colour from blue to violet to grenade,

a sight for every ones eye. This plant is the Queen of the garden.

Aroma:

This strain spreads an penetrating smell that combines cinnamon and incense, slightly acid, very particular.

Taste:

Purple Haze was already a hit before the entry of the mythical Skunk. Known for her powerful high and her sweet-sour taste. The taste reaches from sweet to incense.

Effect:

Instant, caracteristic sativa high, makes your creativity go on full throttle. Purple Haze #1 gives you an unknown but pleasant sensation, with a woolly after effect.

Additional info:

Outdoor: PH#1 grows into enormous dimensions, the plant needs sticks to support the heavy buds. It needs a lot of root space and large quantities of water. PH#1 is not fit for balconies and terraces.

The plant delivers loads of clones, can be pruned/cloned until the end of June. Average mold resistance.

Indoor: When growing PH#1 indoor it is best to switch to a 12/12 photo period after a few days to avoid height problems. Constant ventilation is a must in order to let the plant develop in full.
