Two of the evergreens from the cannabis archive have been united to create a strain that will surpass the quality of her parents. The pure power of the best known hybrid, Jack Herer, crossed with the aroma and potency of the New York City Diesel, a more recent discovery. The hybrid from this breeding project may not fail in the garden of both the beginning and the experienced growers.

Physical description:

A very strong plant with a progressive growth pattern, takes of as an Indica in the grow period, short distances between intenodes and a big main bud. During the flowering period the plant picks up her sativa pattern, extending the branches and an abundant bud growth. The smaller buds seem to circle around the main bud, like satelites around the Earth. This plant swallows fertilisers.

Do not grow this plant long in an indoor set up because of eventual height problems. Jack Diesel is a stinker once flowering , make sure you are the only one noticing that!

Aroma:

The combination of these two odorous strains has a complex smell of tropical wood, like cedar and eucalyptus, together with the typical mandarin essence of the Diesel genetics. A penetrating smell with a long 'hangtime' in your nose, mind and living room.

Taste:

Jack Diesel tastes stronger and better than the smell suggests. The combination of the wood-like taste with mandarin is mainly brought in by the Diesel half.

Effect:

Strong psycho-active sensations, as a sativa lover might expect from a strain like this. The psycho-activity takes of slowly, but a few more tokes down the joint the effect changes into an energetic high, it will only increase if you smoke more of this herb.

Additional info:

It is very important to check the PH value daily, a PH higher then 7.0 will cause the leafs to start 'yellowing', they start showing iron chlorose between the vains. After correcting the PH the plant will recover. You could add a mineral supplement to the water (zinc, magnesium, iron). Jack Diesel needs a lot of space to be able to root in full. The branches will support the weight of the buds sufficiently. We advice to lower the lights as close as possible over the plants during the last 3 weeks of flowering. If you have done everything right, you will see dozens of small towers appear on the buds. As a result you will harvest humungous buds.
